This exciting competition is designed for both beginners and fire breathers alike with scaled and RX divisions. Covering the three components of CrossTraining, athletes perform cardio, olympic lifting, and body weight movements. Competing against their own scores over 6-weeks, we leveling the playing field for all athletes.
