Owner of Club One Athletics, Chase has been an athlete all his life a two time Scholar Athlete award recipient, and a US Army National Scholar Athlete Award recipient. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Exercise Science from the University of Florida.

Chase is a CrossTraining Level 1 coach, CrossTraining Mobility coach, and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. His gymnastics and wrestling background, combined with years in the fitness equipment industry, give him unparalleled experience which he applies to coaching.

Explaining the details, the how and why of CrossTraining is one of Chase’s favorite things to do!

Chase is also a graduate, staff, and senior coach of the Gratitude Training program.  He brings tools from this life changing program to his training and is committed to your results!

Efrain has always been active, enjoying basketball, football, and just about any other sport out there.  He graduated from NJIT with a Masters in Business Management, and is currently a Captain in the Army Reserves.  He started doing CrossTraining in 2015 and instantly became addicted.  Efrain completed the Level 1 course in 2016, and loves helping other push their limits.  He loves CrossTraining because it improves all aspects of your fitness, which is as important in your everyday life as it is in the Army!

Juan started his CrossTraining coaching career as a CrossTraining athlete in Quito, Ecuador.  In 2014 he took his passion for CrossTraining to a professional level and got his L1 Certification.  He opened a traditional CrossTraining style gym in his garage and began privately training clients in functional fitness.  He continued his career by getting his L2 Certification in 2015 and moved to the US in July of 2016 continuing to provide top notch and bi-lingual coaching.  Juan is not only a CrossTraining Competitor and an expert in teaching the details of health and fitness, he is a Spartan SGX Certified coach, certified life coach and culinary chef.  Keep an eye out for one of his quarterly nutritional or mobility seminars.

Jessica was introduced to CrossTraining in 2013, while training to compete in the National Physique Committee bikini division. After months of training and several shows, she decided to permanently trade in her bikini and heels for wrist wraps and Nanos. Jessica is a CrossTraining Level 1 Trainer, full-time mom and competes regularly in obstacle and 5K races. Jessica loves CrossTraining because it encompasses total fitness across all tenants and it forces you to grow, to change, to evolve, to be better…every day!
