If you would like to put your membership on hold for a family, personal, or medical reasons, please complete the form below.

Membership hold requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the upcoming renewal/payment date.  Any requests submitted less than 30 days in advance cannot be processed until after the upcoming renewal/payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

Memberships can be put on hold ONE time during each calendar year and only for 30, 60, or 90 day increments.  When the requested hold period is complete the membership will automatically reactivate and payments will resume as scheduled.

During the hold period there is $15 per month account maintenance fee to cover the costs of keeping the account active.

If you choose not to reactivate you can click here to submit a membership cancellation request. If you would like to reactivate your membership and most members do, you’re always welcome back. Membership rates are subject to change – and current rates will apply upon re-activating your membership.
