Registration: 9:00-9:30am
Heat 1: 10:00 am max lift 12:00 noon WOD
Heat 2:  10:30 am max lift 12:30 pm WOD
Heat 3:  11:00 am max lift 1:00 pm WOD
Heat 4:  11:30 am max lift 1:30 pm WOD
Heat 5:  12:00 am max lift 2:00 pm WOD

This exciting competition is designed for both beginners and fire breathers alike with scaled and RX divisions. Covering the three components of xfit, athletes perform cardio, olympic lifting, and body weight movements.  Competing against their own scores over 6-weeks, we leveling the playing field for all athletes.

Prove your box is the best by testing your gains over 6 weeks in a 1RM and a traditional 21-15-9 WOD!
Points are earned for categories like lifting heavier, increasing your reps, getting 8 hours of sleep, taking your supplements, eating right, and representing your gym on social media!
