Summer Challenge

ROCK the beach hard!!

The Summer Challenge is designed to have you build muscle, lose weight, and feel great, just in time for the summer swimsuit season!

The event consists of 4 weeks of customized training specific to the events. Day one tests the athlete’s CrossTraining total score, comprised of a one-rep max back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift.

Upon completing the CrossTraining total test, athletes immediately complete the Club One Total, a 10 minute AMRAP of 10 airsquats, 10 push ups, and 10 sit ups.

The percentage improvement of lbs lifted and reps completed will combine for the Top Athlete Prize.

Athletes will also weigh in to calculate body fat and lean mass. The percentage decrease of body fat and percentage increase of lean mass gained will combine for the Fittest Athlete Prize.
