You get your standard box - with 2 brand new sections dedicated to state-of-the-art gym equipment and obstacle course racing arena, complete with a wall-climbing system. Fastfit - Burn fat fast with the dynamic 30-minute, FastFit circuit-training program developed and offered exclusively at Club One Athletics. Each class consists of 3 rounds of 8 stations. Members rotate from station to station at one minute intervals, taking a 2 minute break at the completion of each circuit. Exercises including kettlebells, body weight movement and core training are constantly varied to ensure you continue to get results. FastFit circuit-training classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are popular with new members as a transition back into fitness as well as with athletes as a compliment to their current fitness program!

BUNS & BELLIES

LADIES ONLY - Bunz & Bellies!  Train your buns and legs, by targeting the glutes, hamstrings, and quads.  Then finish the class with a fat burning abs workout!  Tone those target areas in this special class designed just for you!

Corefit - Two different classes per week target your core, for a tight flat stomach, and a strong back. These classes are designed to hit the three different sets of abdominal muscles. Dynamic flexion targets the six pack, rotation will enhance your obliques, and static holds combine to train your core stability muscles. These fast and fun classes will help you start and end your week right!

Active Isolated Stretching - 60 minutes of hands on Active Isolated Stretching with your private trainer.  AIS will improve range of motion, performance, circulation, injury prevention, and recovery.
