Reach your goals with Personal Training, Cross Training classes, Bodybuilding Bootcamp, Women Only Bootmap, and Core Classes. Custom Weight Loss, Nutrition, and Supplement programs are available to accelerate your results!

Personal Training - Be in the best shape of your life!  Improve your physique and performance with one-on-one private coaching from one of our certified coaches.  Your custom fitness routines will be programmed specifically for you and are complimented with a custom nutrition plan to accelerate your results.   The motivation, accountability, and results provided by your personal trainer are guaranteed to leave you loving your workouts and loving your body!  Your custom personal training program can target anything from muscle building, toning, or fat loss, to corrective exercise and sport specific training.   Your one-on-one dedicated trainer will accomodate your schedule, keep you on track, and guarantee results!

Club One Athletics is NOT your every day cookie-cutter box gym. We are a collection of movitaved athletes pushing each other to new heights. We're not your standard box - with 2 brand new sections dedicated to state-of-the-art gym equipment and an obstacle course racing arena, complete with a wall-climbing system. Our members are more than members. They are family.   Cross Training classes are available 7 days a week!

Bodybuilding Bootcamp - Build your chest, back,  arms, and abs like a pro, with a pro.  Taught by a medal winning phisique competitor, this class is sure to sculpt your phsique in all the right places.  Learn everything you need to know about bodybuilding, including periodization, drop sets, pyramids, and other lifting streategies.  This bootcamp class is held at 6:15pm, Monday through Friday.  

BODYBUILDING BOOTCAMP

WOMEN ONLY BOOTCAMP

LADIES ONLY!  Target body fat with interval training designed to get your heart rate in the fat burning zone!  Train your buns and legs, by targeting the glutes, hamstrings, and quads.  Then finish the class with a fat burning abs workout!  Tone those target areas in this special class designed just for you!
Bootcamp is Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm and Satrudays at 10:00am.

CoreFit - Every Friday target your core, for a tight flat stomach, and a strong back. These classes are designed to hit the three different sets of abdominal muscles.

Dynamic flexion targets the six pack, rotation will enhance your obliques, and static holds combine to train your core stability muscles. These fast and fun classes will help you  end your week right!

ACTIVE ISOLATED STRETCHING

Active Isolated Stretching - Hands on Active Isolated Stretching with your private trainer will improve range of motion, performance, circulation, injury prevention, and recovery.
