If you would like to put your membership on hold for a family, personal, or medical reasons, please complete the form below.

Membership hold requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the upcoming renewal/payment date.  Any requests submitted less than 30 days in advance cannot be processed until after the upcoming renewal/payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

Memberships can be put on hold ONE time during each calendar year and only for 30, 60, or 90-day increments.  When the requested hold period is complete the membership will automatically reactivate and payments will resume as scheduled.

During the hold period, there is $15 per month account maintenance fee to cover the costs of keeping the account active.
