1. Register for classes in advance at here.
  2. Arrive early, stretch, mobilize, and practice movements.
  3. Check in upon arrival, and write your name on the white board.
  4. Stay Late, refuel, rehydrate, stretch, mobilize and socialize.
  5. Perform every movement with proper form, every time.
  6. Wipe down and put away all equipment.
  7. Leave the gym cleaner than when you arrived.
  8. Brag about your performance on Facebook and Instagram.
  9. Introduce yourself to all new members.
  10. Always cheer on the last person until they finish.
